- I understand that the price of logo is in Australian dollars. I will then own publishing rights for the logo design. The Business name and Slogan must be explained in order form or a separate email before final files are sent to me. I understand that I must give precise description of how I want my business name (and slogan/tagline) to be placed on the logo, in the above description form (or sent to us in an email before the order. I understand that if I do not give any description of how I want my business name and slogan to be placed, Logoworld.com.au will only provide the original design you have ordered. I understand that the only way of purchasing a logo will be through using Logoworld.com.au payment processing partner, PayPal. I understand that I will not hold Logoworld.com.au responsible for errors made by PayPal. I understand that I can learn more about PayPals terms and conditions by visiting their online website at www.PayPal.com - I understand that Logoworld.com.au has done what is possible to ensure that the logos they are providers of are not copies or imitations of other logos owned by other businesses. I understand that I am fully responsible for checking that my logo is not in conflict with other logos copyright or trademark protections. I understand that I will not hold Logoworld.com.au responsible if legal procedures should occur due to use of the logo, other graphical material or services or information made by Logoworld.com.au. When the logo has been bought it will be removed from our Logo Gallery.Logoworld.com.au will give you a %100 Customer refund if you are not happy with the product. I understand I cannot change or return my logo, once the logo files has been delivered in High Resolution File formats without a small charge. I understand that at anytime I may want other file formats sent to me, I can simply email Logoworld.com.au and we will send you the files FREE OF CHARGE. I understand that Logowolrd.com.au will prepare the logo the way they think will look best from a professional design point of view. I understand that Logoworld.com.au cannot be held responsible if issues beyond their control prevent them from delivering the logo This could be strike, lockout, online connection problems, or related problems making it impossible to do complete and provide the agreed product. I understand that modern technology can block e-mails from getting through (spam filters and so forth). I therefore understand that I must call Logoworld.com.au using the phone number under page Contact Us.I understand if files are not received by indicated time (to make sure Logoworld.com.au can find an alternative way to send me the files. I understand that I am fully responsible to protect use of my logo design bought through Logoworld.com.au, according to national and international copyright, trademark and related laws affecting use of the product(s) bought from Logoworld.com.au. I understand that Logoworld.com.au only sell me the design concept. They do not guarantee that the files I receive will equal the design concept or work under all types of conditions, or in any types of environment. - I understand that colors in logo on my screen can look different in final print. Logoworld.com.au therefore always advise to do test printing before final print. I understand that Logoworld.com.au is not responsible for errors or misconceptions done by printing houses. I understand that I am responsible for doing the final checking of color match, layout and related tasks. I understand that Logoworld.com.au does not guarantee that the files types I receive will be accepted by all printing houses or for use in other applications. I agree that if I am purchasing Business Cards that they will be delivered to the details filled out in the Order Form and will be delivered within 7 working days.
